1. Compatibility: Poor compatibility can cause "migration", which is mainly manifested as "sweating" in liquid additives and "blooming" in solid additives.

Sometimes when the stretch film standards are not too strict, it is possible to tolerate a lack of compatibility, such as poor compatibility between fillers and resins. As long as the particle size of the filling is small, it can still reach the basic standard of stretched film performance. If it is treated with a coupling agent or a surfactant, its effect can be better. However, there are some additives that improve the surface layer performance of the stretched film, such as an antistatic agent and an antistatic agent. The standard is that it has a little mobility so that it can play a role on the surface of the stretched film.

2. Durability: The standard additives exist in the stretched film for a long time and there is basically no or very little loss, while the loss of the additives is mainly through three ways of volatilization, extraction and migration. This is mainly related to the relative molecular weight of the additive, the solubility in the medium and the solubility in the resin.

3. Processing standards: The processing standards of some special resins for stretch films are strict. If the processing temperature is high, it should be considered whether the selected additives can decompose and whether the additives have corrosive effects on the processing equipment.

4. Uses of stretched film: stretched films with different uses have different standards for additives such as odor, toxicity, weather resistance, and thermal properties. For example, plastic bags for food, because they are non-toxic, the additives used are different from those of plastic bags that are usually used for packaging.

5. Synergistic effect and counteracting effect in the combination of additives: In the same resin system, some two additives will cause a "synergistic effect". If they are not properly matched, some additives will cause "anti-competitive effects", which will reduce the effectiveness of various additives, or even make them lose their efficacy. For example, the combination of carbon black and phenolic antioxidants will cause anti-competitive effects.
