The difference between PP strapping and ordinary strapping

Comparison of strength: the tensile force of the core-spun strapping is less than 500N, the adhesive force is less than 300N, it is easy to break, and the adhesion is weak; the tensile force of the transparent PP strapping is greater than 1000N, and the adhesive force is greater than 700N, which is much larger than the core-spun strapping. The strapping is not easy to break, and the adhesion is strong;
2. Comparing usability: Ordinary regenerated strapping belts will wear more to the strapping machine, prone to failure, and shorten the service life of the packer. The transparent PP strap has little wear on the packing machine and is not easy to malfunction. The service life of the packing machine is relatively long, and the belt does not drop, which improves the packaging efficiency.
3. Appearance comparison: The color of ordinary recycled packing tape is gray, which affects the "appearance" of product packaging. The color of transparent PP strap is translucent, which increases the beauty of product packaging.
4. Compared with paper core: the paper core of ordinary recycled packing tape is waste paper and lime slag, which is easy to deform and heavier. The environmentally friendly transparent PP strap is a pure paper core, which is not easy to deform, only 0.5kg.
5. Scope of application: The ordinary type can not use the automatic packer because of the large wear and tear on the machine, and the scope of application is small. The pp strap has little wear on the machine, and can be used for automatic and semi-automatic balers with a wide range of applications.
